Get Started

The Zoom integration is a companion to Breyvo's CRM integration. When representatives on your sales teams have Zoom calls with prospects, Breyvo quickly follows up meetings with feedback requests the moment they end.


Breyvo proactively contacts individuals following significant milestones in their customer journey with your organization. Your Breyvo Account Manager will assist you in identifying these key moments, as well as collaborate on appropriate messaging and determining the specific feedback to be gathered from customers and potential clients.


The Zoom integration allows Breyvo to monitor for key moments such as Demo calls occuring with prospects. By participating in Zoom calls with your sales team, sales prospects trigger Breyvo to send CRM stage-specific feedback requests, enabling you to gain insights into the status of deals, purchase intentions, and any buyer uncertainties that may have gone unnoticed.


What to set up

  1. If you haven't received your onboarding URL, contact support@breyvo.com to get one.

  2. If you haven't done so already, go to your onboarding URL and connect your CRM.

  3. Next, Connect Zoom to authorize Breyvo to get meeting participation notifiations from your Zoom Account.

  4. Once Zoom is connected to your Breyvo account, your Account Manager will configue Breyvo to monitor the CRM stages and Sales Representatives from your CRM whose Sales Prospects will be reached out to when they join Zoom meetings with your sales team.




Note

In order for Zoom meeting participants to be looked up in your CRM, it's important that meeting participants are invited to meeting Calendar events in advance. Zoom integrates calendars with Google Calendar, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
