Let's establish the connection between Zoom and your Breyvo account.
The Breyvo Zoom integration streamlines the process of reaching out to your CRM contacts who participate in Zoom calls (such as demos) from specific CRM Stages and who are associated with particular Opportunity/Deal Owners.
As part of the onboarding procedure, your account manager will have supplied you with a unique onboarding URL resembling https://app.breyvo.com/clients/d25079f0-7227-4ffc-9ca3-a59ce5c4feeb/onboarding?access_token=ed71636a-9586-48cd-ba7d-be38f7f254ae (Please note that this is not the actual onboarding URL).
If you have misplaced your onboarding URL, please contact support@breyvo.com to request a new one.The onboarding URL enables you to set up connections with various integrations such as your CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and Zoom.
Click "Connect Zoom" to start authorizing Breyvo to receive notifications about meeting participants. On the following screen you will see a list of scopes that we request access to.
Breyvo asks for the fewest permissions necessary to automate the process of sending feedback requests to meeting participants.
After connecting, contact your account manager to talk about the messaging for feedback outreach and decide on the CRM Stages and Opportunities Owners that should be involved in the feedback outreach activities.
note: we do not store any contact information about zoom meeting participants unless they match prospects from your CRM.
